- This qustion has been asked, but I have seen several different answers. The
- qustion is will the PowerPC chip allow you to run software from several systems.
- The responses range from it allowing 10 operating systems, to only the Amiga.
- I know for a fact of 3 right off the bat. Amiga of course, Mac since there
- already are PowerPC Macs, and some version of Unix. I would think that OS/2
- should work, since IBM helped develop the PowerPC chip and OS/2 is their
- operating system. The question remains whether or not Windows95 will work, and
- will games meant for 486/586 systems work with this processor. It would be great
- to finally have an unlimited source for software. If it's not available for the
- Amiga OS, use a PC or Mac program. Anybody know for sure the answer? Anybody
- owning a PowerMac know?
